Gonzaga vs. San Diego Prediction and Odds (Bet the Bulldogs to Continue Dominating WCC Opponents)
By Matt De Saro
The No. 2 Gonzaga Bulldogs have what one could call an easy matchup tonight against the 13-9 San Diego Toreros. Though, the same can be said for most of the Zags games this season.
The Bulldogs enter this game on a 10-game win streak and look as good, if not better, than they have all year. The Toreros are having a nice season, but are going to get destroyed tonight on their home court by one of the best teams in the nation. The question is whether or not San Diego can keep it close. And by close, I mean within 24 points for the cover.

Gonzaga vs. San Diego Prediction and Pick
The Bulldogs are playing so well right now this spread almost feels like a gift. Even at 24 points, it is hard to bet against Gonzaga right now. The Bulldogs are coming off a crushing win over Portland on Saturday, 104-72, and are now 6-3-1 against the spread during their win streak. Those three ATS losses and a push were all blowout wins mind you. They missed covering by a point against Portland and failed to cover against Merrimack and North Alabama despite winning by 25 and 30 points, respectively, in those victories.
The fact that San Diego is playing good ball right now does make this a bit tougher to call. The Toreros are winners of six of their last eight games including their most recent game on the road against Loyola-Marymount. They are also 7-1 ATS in those last eight games and the ATS loss came by just one point.
However, I will not let San Diego's positives distract me from the fact that Gonzaga is on a whole different level of skill. They lead the nation in scoring, field goal percentage, and average score margin at +24.9. The Zags are also second in assists, third in rebounds, and fifth in assist-to-turnover ratio. Their defense is not the best, ranked 71st in scoring, but it really doesn’t matter. Their offense is so good they routinely blow out teams like San Diego.
Lean: Gonzaga -24 (-110)
