It's been a busy couple of days for news in the NFL, and the latest announcement may be the biggest of all. Russell Wilson has been traded to the Denver Broncos.

Just like that, the AFC West has instantly become the best division in all of football, and it's not even close.

Watch Out for the AFC West in the 2022 NFL season

First of all, you have Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, who have been to the AFC Championship game in four-straight years and to the Super Bowl in two of those seasons. Then, you have the up and coming Los Angeles Chargers led by one of the best young quarterbacks in the game in Justin Herbert. Add to that the Las Vegas Raiders who are coming off a season that resulted in a playoff birth.

Now, you add Russell Wilson to a Denver Broncos team that was seemingly a quarterback away from being a real contender. Wow.

WynnBET doesn't currently have divisional odds posted, but we can get a sense of how they value each team based on their Super Bowl odds. The Chiefs are listed at +900, the Chargers are in at +2500, the Raiders are given little respect at +6000, and now the Broncos, who were previously at +2500 prior to the news, have jumped all the way up to +1200 (bet $100 to profit $1200).

The Broncos are now tied for fourth on the odds list to win Super Bowl 57, behind only the Bills, Chiefs, and Packers.

Good luck figuring out the AFC West next season.
