Both the Cleveland Guardians and Texas Rangers will be battling for the top spot in their respective divisions for the remainder of the season.
Heading into Saturday's matchup, the Guardians are 0.5 games behind the Minnesota Twins for the AL Central lead, while the Rangers are hanging on to a 2-game lead over the Houston Astros in the West.
The Rangers disposed of the Guardians in the first game of their post All-Star break schedule, downing them 12-4. Will the Rangers win again on Saturday?
Let's dive into it.

Guardians vs. Rangers prediction and pick
The Cleveland Guardians have their work cut out for them today when they take on lefty arm, Andrew Heaney. Sure, his 4.71 ERA isn't anything to write home about, but Cleveland has struggled against lefties all season.
In fact, their OPS drops from .694 against right-handed pitchers to .678 against left-handed pitchers. That's a significant difference over a large sample size of half a baseball season.
Meanwhile, Gavin Williams will be making just his fifth start in the Majors this afternoon. Entering today, he has a 4.01 ERA and a 4.82 FIP. He hasn't had to face many tough offenses either, with three of his four starts coming against the Royals and the Athletics, two of the worst offenses in baseball.
His lone tough start was against the Braves. he gave up seven hits, two walks, and four earned runs in 6.1 innings.
Now, he has to face an extremely potent offense in the Rangers and I don't think things are going to go well for him.
I'll back the Rangers to get the job done at home today.
