A pair of Eastern Conference playoff teams are set to meet on Saturday night.

The Miami Heat are in Chicago to face the Bulls in what could be a potential second round meeting between the two teams. The Heat are currently the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Confernce while the Bulls are hanging onto the No. 5 spot.

Here are the odds for Saturday's showdown from WynnBET Sportsbook:

Heat vs. Bulls Odds, Spread and Total

Spread:

  • Heat: -2 (-110)
  • Bulls: +2 (-110)

Moneyline:

  • Heat: -130
  • Bulls: +110

Total: 216.5 (Over -110/Under -110)

Heat vs. Bulls Prediction and Pick

The Bulls have been hanging on by a thread recently, and needed a last second comeback to beat the Clippers at home on Wednesday night. Overall, the team is 25th in offensive rating over the last month of the season, which has led to a 6-9 record.

Miami also was able to win earlier this week against the Boston Celtics, but their offense is still a cause for concern. They are 23rd in ORTG and rely heavily on their defense. While Chicago's defense is vulnerable, I don't expect the Heat to take advantage of it with their physical, bruising style. The team is outside the top 20 in terms of pace this season.

This total has dropped plenty from an opener of 221, but I lean that way in a struggle to break 100 for both teams given the fact that each should have motivation to win -- Miami is trying to hang onto the No. 1 seed in the East while Chicago is looking to avoid slipping into the play-in game -- and I like the Bulls as short home underdogs.

LEAN: UNDER 216.5, Bulls +2
