Michigan evened their season series at home earlier this week against Michigan State and now looks to build some momentum with an NCAA Tournament resume building win over Iowa.

Michigan's currently project to make the NCAA Tournament, but remain in the bubble conversation. Meanwhile, Iowa is one of the hottest teams in the country over the past week and will look to further their standing in Big Ten Tournament positioning.

The Wolverines were able to win in Iowa City a few weeks back, can they make it a season sweep?

Here are the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook:

Iowa vs. Michigan Prediction and Pick

The top three teams in the country since February 1st are Gonzaga, Duke and...Iowa? Yup. The Hawkeyes are No. 2 in adjusted offensive efficiency and No. 43 on the other side of the ball per barttorvik.com. The only loss they've suffered since then is the home loss to Michigan, so can they get them back?

Well, it's been a tough scheduling stretch for the Wolverines, who lost to Illinois on Sunday but then blew out Michigan State at home. Now, they get Iowa before the final game of the regular season this weekend against Ohio State. However, I find myself coming towards the home team, who has been playing spirited ball under interim head coach Phil Martelli.

Hunter Dickinson wasn't needed all that much in the first meeting with Moussa Diabate having a career game, but he is more than capable of busting the Hawkeyes zone. Iowa is last in the Big Ten in defensive rebounding rate and Dickinson can dominate down low if needed. I'm going to bank on the strong home court of the Crisler Center for Michigan to get yet another momentum building win.

I think we are getting a good number on Michigan as well given that the Hawkeyes have won four straight by double digits and their offense can do no wrong. I think we see some shooting regression on the road and the Wolverines pull away.

LEAN: Michigan -2.5
