Is Behren Morton Playing Today? (Latest Injury Update for Kansas vs. Texas Tech Week 11)

Texas Tech has had a revolving door at quarterback all season due to injuries. Behren Morton was the third quarterback to take snaps under center for the Red Raiders after Tyler Shough and Donnovan Smith each suffered injuries.
Morton, a highly regarded freshman, showed flashes over the last few weeks but left last week's game against TCU due to an injury. The Red Raiders have competed all season despite injuries and now are home against Kansas, can they keep their bowl aspirations alive with a win? Well first lets see who will be under center for the team.
Latest Behren Morton Injury Update
Morton will be out for this game with an ankle injury, opening up time for both Shough and Smith to get time under center, according to head coach Joey McGuire.

Texas Tech head coach Joey McGuire said QB Behren Morton will be evaluated today after leaving the loss to TCU in the 2nd quarter with an ankle injury.

Tyler Shough finished the game & would likely be the guy if Morton is out on Saturday night vs. Kansas.
All three quarterbacks are capable and the market hasn't reacted much all week. Smith has thrown for over 1,500 yards while Shough was the preseason starter but has been limited due to injury. The line opened -3.5 and it has stayed there for most of the week and is there as of this writing.
