The Las Vegas Raiders will be down one of their best offensive weapons in Week 7 against the Houston Texans, as tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) is ruled out for this game.

Waller's appeared in four games this season, but has gotten off to a slow start with just 16 catches for 175 yards and one touchdown.

Davante Adams and Hunter Renfrow (if active) will likely be the biggest beneficiaries in terms of targets with Waller out of the lineup. This also could lead to an expanded passing game role for Josh Jacobs, who already has 17 catches out of the backfield this season.

The Raiders' other options at tight end include Foster Moreau and Jesper Horstead. Moreau has six catches this season will Horstead has three.

Vegas is a massive favorite against the lowly Texans, but losing Waller certainly makes things a little easier for Houston on defense.

Still, this is a game the Raiders should win, especially if they want any chance at making the playoffs in the 2022 season.

Best NFL Prop Target With Darren Waller Out

If you're looking for a player to trust in the prop market, I'd look no further than Adams, who has been a target hog so far this season.

Through five games, Adams has 54 targets, 29 receptions, 414 receiving yards and five touchdowns. He has three 100-plus yard games this season, and I'd think about backing his receiving yards prop in this matchup with Waller out.

Davante Adams Prop Bets vs. Texans for NFL Week 7

If you're looking for a really deep play, Foster Moreau has done well when Waller has missed games in his career.

However, Waller's lower target share this season with Adams on the roster is a concern for any extra workload for Moreau in this game.
