The Wanamaker Trophy is on the line beginning Thursday morning from Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and 15-time Major champion Tiger Woods is on the hunt for his fifth.

Jon Rahm (+900) is the odds-on favorite to win this year's event at WynnBET Sportsbook, followed by the 2022 Masters champion Scottie Scheffler at 10/1. Woods is listed at 100/1 odds as of late afternoon on Monday.

With a purse of $12 million on the table, including over $2 million to first place, there's plenty of action on the line for the second Major of the year.

Woods has declared that he will play in this year's Tournament, as he looks to defend his PGA Championship title from 2007 at Southern Hills.

Last year's winner, Phil Mickelson will NOT play in the 2022 PGA Championship to defend last year's title. In 2021, Mickelson became the oldest golfer at Kiawah Island to win a major at the age of 50.

Woods has won the Wanamaker Trophy a record four-times over his career, as well as finished runner-up in three other PGA Championships.

His last win came at Southern Hills back in 2007; defending his title from the 2006 PGA Championship at Medinah Country Club outside of Chicago.
