Sometimes, all it takes is a shutout at home to your division rival in primetime to get the NFL MVP odds to move in your favor.
And for anyone who still wants to bet on Tom Brady to bring home the hardware, your time may be coming.
Brady closed the week with odds of -155 (bet $155 to win $100) to win the Most Valuable Player award at WynnBET Sportsbook. The quarterback in second place? None other than Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers, who outlasted Tyler Huntley and the Ravens in a 31-30 road win in Baltimore.
In the loss, Brady threw for just 214 yards on 26/48 passing, and turned the ball over twice on an interception and fumble. Rodgers tossed three touchdowns on 23/31 throws for 268 yards on the afternoon.

? Aaron Rodgers
? Tom Brady
? Patrick Mahomes
? Jonathan Taylor
If the Packers finish 14-3 and the NFC's top seed, Rodgers has a great case.
If the Chiefs win out and Mahomes goes nuts over final three weeks, he's right there.
Brady still leads Rodgers by a wide margin in passing yards, but Rodgers has taken far greater care of the ball than his NFC counterpart this season. Entering Week 14, Rodgers had thrown only 4 interceptions to 30 touchdowns on the season; completing 67.7% of his passes. Brady has 36 touchdowns and a slightly higher completion percentage (68.2), but with 10 picks.

Meanwhile, the Packers also got the upper hand on the Buccaneers in another stat on Sunday; becoming the lone team left in the NFL to remain undefeated at home.
