Jaguars vs. Colts Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for NFL Week 6
The first time these two teams met, the Jacksonville Jaguars pummeled the Indianapolis Colts 24-0. Indianapolis hasn’t looked better since that game, and the Jaguars are coming off a loss themselves.
What once seemed like a bright future for both teams, looks like a season needing several jumpstarts. With the Colts still expected to be without Jonathan Taylor, will this be the time Matt Ryan steps up and leads the Colts to a win?
Here are the odds for this week’s matchup.

Jaguars vs. Colts Prediction and Pick
The Colts have had extra time to prepare for the Jaguars, but that won’t make a difference. If Jonathan Taylor is still out, I don’t see where the Colts get consistent offense from. Michael Pittman Jr. is good, but he hasn’t put up the superstar numbers this season that can sustain an offense.
As for the Jaguars, their loss to the Texans wasn’t a good one. They only scored six points and have now lost two straight.
Neither of these teams are playing their best, so I’m just going to trust Trevor Lawrence over Matt Ryan.
This was supposed to be a career revival for Ryan and a chance to get back to another Super Bowl. However, he’s on pace to have his lowest touchdown total since his rookie season. He also can’t stop losing the football. Ryan already has fumbled the ball 11 times this season. While he’s only lost three, the ball will be out at some point in this game – and the Jags will capitalize.
