Jaguars vs. Titans Prediction: King Henry's Reign is Not Over Yet
By Josh Yourish
The Tennessee Titans thought that they could throw punches with the very best teams in the league, but then the Eagles knocked them out 35-10, and reminded them that they should just keep beating up on the AFC South. So, that’s exactly what they’ll do this week against the 4-8 Jacksonville Jaguars, who got buried by Detroit, 40-14 in Week 13.
It’s back to the basics for Mike Vrabel’s Titans and that means feeding the big man, Derrick Henry. Let’s get to the odds for this AFC South showdown.

The Titans opened as 6.5 point favorites but are only favored by 3.5 today. The total has also come down from 43 to 41.
Jaguars vs. Titans Prediction and Pick
There is one man that dominates the Jacksonville Jaguars more than any other. It’s King Henry, he has destroyed them during his years in the NFL. Henry hasn’t ran for 100 yards in a game since Week 9, and in the past two games, he’s had 38 yards and 30 yards on the ground. Maybe he is just washed up and this is the end of his reign, but I don’t think it’s just over for him yet. This will be Henry’s bounce back spot, because he kills Jacksonville.
In his 11 games against the Jaguars, he has 213 carries for 1,143 with 14 rushing touchdowns and another 150 yards and one trip to the end zone through the air. The Titans are 9-2 in those games. He has yet to see his old punching bag this year and the Jaguars run defense has been pretty strong this season, but until they shut him down in a game, I can’t trust them to win.
The Titans might be without Treylon Burks and are dealing with some injuries, but Trevor Lawrence is questionable for Jacksonville and that is the biggest injury news in this one. I liked the Titans to win and cover against a 100% Lawrence, but if he can’t go or is banged up, then this is even easier.
