The Jets, fresh off a surprise win against the Browns, look to take down another AFC North opponent. Cincinnati, on the other hand, is looking for its first win of the season. There’s a lot of firepower on the outside in this game, but should we automatically look there for the best props?

Let’s look at the odds and dive in even further.

Here are three prop bets to key in on for Jets vs. Bengals

Best Prop Bets For Jets-Bengals Week 3

  • Joe Flacco OVER Passing Yards
  • Ja’Marr Chase OVER Receiving Yards
  • Garrett Wilson Anytime TD

Joe Flacco OVER Passing Yards

I can’t believe I’m saying this in 2022, but Joe Flacco is the quarterback to trust in this one. Although this total is high for a player of Flacco’s caliber, the Jets have handed him the keys in the first two weeks of the season. New York has thrown the ball 59 and 44 times, respectively, in Week 1 and Week 2. On top of that, Flacco has cleared 300 yards in the first two games.

This is going to be the best passing offense the Bengals have faced yet, so I expect a little bit of an uptick from Cincinnati’s normal 211 passing yards allowed.

Ja’Marr Chase OVER Receiving Yards

Chase had a quiet day against the Cowboys last week, and that is one of the reasons the Bengals lost. They didn’t have that big play explosiveness that is key to the Bengals’ offense. He was still involved in the offense with nine targets, so the slow day isn’t anything to worry about.

Joe Burrow is going to look his way and find him for a majority of the day. Don’t overthink this one and back a star.

Garrett Wilson Anytime TD

Wilson had his coming out party last week, ending the day with eight catches, 84 yards and two touchdowns. He’s seen 22 targets through two games, as well. He’s going to be fed the ball and with his speed, he’s as much of a threat from 50-yards out as he is in the red zone.
