Jets vs. Browns Best Prop Bets for NFL Week 2 (Nick Chubb Set to Run Wild Again)
By Reed Wallach
The Jets couldn't get going in Week 1 with Joe Flacco under center, and now they head to Cleveland to face the 1-0 Browns.
The Browns go from being a short road underdog to a big home favorite, how will the change in situation alter the game script and in turn the prop market? Let's break it down by focusing on Flacco and Browns running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt.

Best Prop Bets For Jets-Browns Week 2
- Joe Flacco UNDER 21.5 completions
- Jacoby Brissett UNDER 194.5 Passing Yards
- Nick Chubb OVER 81.5 rushing yards
Joe Flacco UNDER 21.5 Completions
I don't envision the Jets game script is going to feature 59 pass attempts for Flacco like it did in the first game. Gang Green was playing from behind against a far superior team, but I think they are going to be able to hang close in this one with a run based approach.
I also question how much time the Jets offense is going to have to work. The Browns are a run first team that had the ball for more than 38 minutes against the Panthers last week. If the Jets aren't going to have many opportunities with the ball and the Browns are built to play close with a run heavy game script, this may be a low usage matchup for Flacco.
Jacoby Brissett UNDER 194.5 Passing Yards
As I noted above, I'm expecting a rush heavy script and I think the Jets struggles are inflating this number quite a bit.
Brissett passed for 148 yards in the Week 1 victory and it's clear that the team has a game plan to force feed Chubb and Kareem Hunt. Whether the Browns are ahead or behind, they are going to lean on the run game and counting on their backup QB to flirt with 200 yards is way too high of an ask.
Nick Chubb OVER 81.5 Rushing Yards
Got to ride the bellcow. Chubb rushed for 141 on 22 carries in Week 1 and I expect the Browns to lean on him once again.
If he get's 20 plus carries once again that's about a four yard average, something that should be relatively easy for the Cleveland RB, who has rushed for over five yards per carry every year in his career.
