The New York Jets and Atlanta Falcons take their 1-3 records to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London for Week 5.

The New York Jets surprised many last week, defeating the Tennessee Titans 27-24 in overtime. Rookie quarterback Zach Wilson played well, completing 21 of 34 passes for 297 yards and two touchdown passes. Wilson will throw against the Falcons’ 20th-ranked passing defense next week.

In Week 4, the Atlanta Falcons took a one-point lead over the Washington Football Team into the fourth quarter but couldn’t stop quarterback Taylor Heinicke and wide receiver Terry McLaurin, who connected on six passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns on the night. Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan threw four touchdown passes in the loss.

Both teams have struggled in America, but who will succeed in London?

Jets vs. Falcons Prediction

The Jets played well against the Titans’ weak offensive line in their previous game, sacking Ryan Tannehill seven times and will look to duplicate that effort against a weak Falcons offensive line in Week 5.

New York got pummeled on the ground by Derrick Henry (33 carries, 157 yards and a touchdown), but they will have the much easier task of stopping Mike Davis and Cordarrelle Patterson in the rushing attack. Let’s just admit that Atlanta doesn’t have a running back, already. They’re just extensions to the passing game from the backfield.

The Falcons defense has been just bad enough that I believe Zach Wilson will give this defense serious problems. Atlanta allowed three touchdown passes to Jalen Hurts, five to Tom Brady, and three to Heinicke.

Wilson carries the Jets to victory in London, and I’ll be taking New York on the moneyline at +165.
