The Cincinnati Bengals are looking to have one of the more high-powered passing offenses in the NFL in 2021, and Joe Burrow is already hinting at a big season for second-year wideout Tee Higgins.

"He looks like a different guy out there," Burrow said of Higgins. "We were throwing the deep balls and the first couple I under threw him a little bit and I was like, 'Gee Tee, where did that come from?' I didn't really expect that from him. He's getting out of there this year. We have some horses on offense that I'm really excited about. Tee's going to have a big year."

Higgins, who will be joined by Tyler Boyd and Ja’Marr Chase on the outside, had a very solid rookie campaign in 2020. He finished the season with 67 catches for 908 yards and six touchdowns, despite Burrow going down with a torn ACL in Week 11.

The addition of Chase, the No. 5 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, should make the Bengals even more dynamic, and Vegas has given Cincinnati a little more respect heading into the 2021 season.

While WynnBET has the Bengals projected to finish last in the AFC North, with +1500 odds to win the division, they are expected to pick up more wins this coming season.

Their win total projection is set at 6.5, with the under (-130) favoring the over (+130), which is still an improvement after they won just four games last season. They are a longshot to make the playoffs, as they have -650 odds to miss the postseason.

Despite that, a full season with Burrow could help Cincinnati take a major leap this season. If Burrow shows even more promise, Higgins looks to be first in line to benefit.

After nearly reaching the 1,000-yard mark as a rookie, Higgins has a good chance to improve on that total in what should be one of the better passing attacks in the NFL.
