Following arguably the best pay-per-view of the year in UFC 275, the promotion turns its sights to Austin, Texas for a loaded Fight Night card.

Two of the Featherweight's elite are set to do battle on Saturday, June 18th at UFC on ESPN 37 when Clavin Kattar meets Josh Emmett. These two are among the hardest hitting and toughest in a competitive weight class as each looks to make a push for the title run. Kattar is off an impressive win over upstart Giga Chikadze, while Emmett bolsters a strong 17-2 record including a late 2021 victory over Dan Ige.

Here's the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook as well as an early look at the main event:

Josh Emmett vs. Calvin Kattar Prediction and Pick

These are two of the strongest fighters at 145, Kattar enters 23-5 and a winner of three of his last four, with the only loss coming to Max Holloway. Meanwhile, Emmett battled through a torn ACL to beat Shane Burgos, took some time to recover and scored a decision win over Dan Ige to make it four wins in a row.

Kattar is as tough as they come, but will have to deal with the power of Emmett. However, there only Holloway has withstood more punishment than the favorite in Kattar.

He boasts a two inch reach advantage over Emmett and that size difference can be pivotal against the 37-year-old. We saw Kattar dish out a ton of damage en route to a dominant victory over Giga Chikadze this past January and looked like the rising contender we expected.

Despite a setback against Holloway, Katter has the cardio, striking and defensive grappling to contend for the Featherweight belt.

While Emmett is 17-2, has fine cardio himself, the size disadvantage is going to play a role and he is going to be stuck playing Kattar's game of a standup battle. He has enough power to finish fights, but I'm leaning towards the favorite taking care of business by decision and building another winning streak.
