The Sacramento Kings and Denver Nuggets are playing for the second time in as many nights with the Nuggets taking game one of the doubleheaders 128-110. It was the Kings’ third loss in a row in what has been a forgettable stretch of games for Sacramento. Meanwhile, the Nuggets are enjoying a four-game win streak and have won six of their last seven as they slowly but surely continue to climb the Western Conference standings.

Can newly acquired Domantas Sabonis finally turn this ship around or will the Kings get beat up by the Nuggets for the second straight night? Here are the odds for this Western Conference matchup, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Kings vs. Nuggets Odds, Spread, and Total

Spread:

  • Kings +7.5 (-110)
  • Nuggets -7.5 (-110)

Moneyline:

  • Kings +290
  • Nuggets +-370

Total: 237.5 (Over -110/Under -110)

Kings vs. Nuggets Prediction and Pick

The Kings are suffering through yet another down season, thanks in large part to their pathetic excuse for a defense. They rank 29th in the NBA and allow teams to score 115.1 points per game on average. The Nuggets rank 12th and allow 107.8 PPG to opponents for reference. The Kings are also one of the worst defensive rebounding teams in the league, they rank 25th in steals on defense, and 26th in forcing turnovers. The Kings are also on a three-game ATS losing streak.

The Nuggets, on the other hand, have covered six of their last seven games and already beat up on the Kings in the last 24 hours. Obviously, this allows Sacramento limited time to adjust and I am not sure they could even if they wanted to with this roster. The Kings lost by 18 in that game, so 7.5 feels like a gift -- a gift I am not going to pass up.

Pick: Denver Nuggets -7.5 (-110)
