KPMG Women's PGA Championship Picks
Nelly Korda (+900)
The defending champion is in great form, finishing T2 Meijer LPGA Classic and T8 at the U.S. Women's Open, and she's the favorite for a reason.
Korda has no real weakness to her game. She's second on Tour in Strokes Gained: Total and Around-The-Green and third in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green and Off-the-Tee.
She's got a championship pedigree and I'd be stunned if Korda isn't in contention in the final round.
Minjee Lee (+1400)
Lee is my favorite play on the board. She won the Women's U.S. Open before finishing T18 in the Meijer LPGA Classic and has been dominant this season.
She leads the LPGA Tour in Strokes Gained: Total, Tee-To-Green, and Approach, as well as scoring average, so she'll consistently give herself a chance to hit birdies with her exceptional driver and iron play.
Brooke Henderson (+1800)
Henderson has 11 wins on tour and placed T9 at the Meijer LPGA Classic. She won the ShopRite LPGA Classic in her tournament prior to that, so she's in great form coming into the PGA Championship.
She ranks second on Tour in Strokes Gained: Off-The-Tee, third in scoring average, and fourth in GIR percentage. When Henderson gets in the zone, she's extremely tough to beat, as evidenced by her second-most rounds in the 60s among all players.
With her winning pedigree and strong form, +1800 is a fantastic number on Henderson.
