Even though all eyes will be on how the Tennessee Titans offense is going to come together, the Arizona Cardinals are going to be on the field too. Frankly, they might be the more interesting team even without Julio Jones or Derrick Henry -- and that’s because of Kyler Murray.

Murray is expected to light up the Titans in Week 1. WynnBET has his odds to lead the league in passing yards set at +650, the shortest odds in the league. Behind Murray is Patrick Mahomes at +750 and Sam Darnold at +1000.

Although he isn’t the first player to come to mind when you think of a true passing quarterback, Murray is going to have a great matchup. The Titans were one of the worst passing defenses in the league last season. They allowed 270.8 yards per game, which was the fifth-worst in the NFL.

Tennessee also lost Adoree’ Jackson to the New York Giants, leaving its secondary even more vulnerable.

Murray took a nice leap forward last season, and the Cardinals saw the benefits of it all year. He threw for 3,971 yards, 26 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. With DeAndre Hopkins still at the top of his game, Christian Kirk coming into his own and the addition of A.J. Green, the Cardinals should be one of the most prolific teams through the air this season.

I’m not willing to make Murray my pick to lead the league in passing for Week 1, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it. Tennessee gives up a lot of yards and points, and Arizona will gladly take what the Titans’ defense is giving it.
