Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has been awesome this season. Murray has completed 75 percent of his passes and is averaging 302.4 passing yards per game. Add in that he has thrown for 10 touchdowns in the first five games, has picked up three more touchdowns on the ground, and has led his team to a 5-0 record and Murray has been incredible in every facet of the game.

Remember when everyone was complaining about Murray's height?

Murray may be shorter than most quarterbacks, but so are his odds to win the NFL MVP Award.

Murray is currently the favorite to win the NFL MVP Award, with WynnBET having Murray listed at +450. Whenever a player leads his team to a strong record, like Murray has done through Week 5, that player should be heavily considered for MVP.

The NFL is a star-by-association league, and Murray has spread the ball around quite a bit in this Cardinals’ offense, giving many players their own time to shine. Through the first five games, Murray has five different receiving options that have seen 23 or more targets in the passing game; four different receivers have 21 or more catches.

Murray’s ability to spread targets around has shown the future potential of a wide receiver like Rondale Moore while simultaneously showing receivers DeAndre Hopkins and A.J. Green still has something left in the tank.

While he hasn’t run as much as he has in the past, Murray is still second on his team in rushing touchdowns and is always a threat to hurt defenses with his legs.

The Cardinals are currently 5-0, the last undefeated team in the NFL, and if Murray can keep this winning streak alive, he can take the Cardinals to new heights.

Alright, no more talk about heights.
