Lakers vs. Nuggets Prediction and Odds for Wednesday, October 26 (Don't Overreact To Lakers' Early Struggles)
The Los Angeles Lakers are 0-3 for the second time in the LeBron James era, and the circus around the team has never been bigger. They’ll put all that aside tonight and travel to Denver to take on the Nuggets – who have started just 2-2 this season.
Russell Westbrook, who’s become the sign for all things bad in L.A. is not expected to play.
Denver got crushed by the Blazers on the road, but will the comforts of the mile-high altitude be enough to get it on the right path?

Lakers vs. Nuggets Prediction and Pick
I know it’s easy to clown the Lakers right now, but this is a decent spot for them to cover. The Nuggets haven’t covered yet this season as a favorite – losing outright twice. Jamal Murray is still not back 100%. His offense isn’t providing incredible output for the Nuggets, and his defense has also been suspect throughout his career. We all understand why he’s playing at this level right
Los Angeles is also the second-best defense in the league. The Lakers are stifling on the other side of the ball, and that will be why they are in this game late. Even though the Lakers have the worst offense in the league by a wide margin, Denver will help them out on that front with their poor defense.
The Nuggets are 28th in defense and are top 10 in pace. Denver is playing an up-and-down game that doesn’t involve a lot of defense. With the Lakers being second in pace, they will welcome a faster game – as it allows them to get easy baskets in transition.
