What an end to an entertaining Week 1 in the 2021 NFL season.

Lamar Jackson only lost six fumbles all of last season, but he lost a pair of big ones on Monday night to cost the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1.

The second one, in overtime, set up Derek Carr’s game-winning pass to Zay Jones to beat the Ravens in Week 1 and give the Las Vegas Raiders a hard-fought win.

The Raiders looked like they were done late in the fourth, but it’s never over until it’s over. Raiders bettors cashed in on the upset win. Las Vegas closed as three-point underdogs on WynnBET

Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens orchestrated what seemed to be a game-winning drive in the fourth quarter that was capped by a Justin Tucker field goal with 37 seconds left.

However, with no timeouts, Derek Carr found Bryan Edwards for back-to-back completions to set up Daniel Carlson’s game-tying field goal to force overtime in s 27-27 game.

Edwards made another huge play to set the Raiders up at the one-yard line in overtime, but Carr made his own mistake, throwing an interception to give the Ravens the ball back.

It was quite the rollercoaster for Raiders bettors, but Carl Nassib forced the fumble by Jackson to save them from what would have been an extremely bad beat.

Ravens bettors have to be frustrated that the team blew 17-10 and 24-17 leads in the second half before squandering their opportunity in overtime.

The loss ended the Ravens’ streak of winning their last three season openers by 30 or more points, while Jon Gruden’s club kept the pace in the AFC West, which went 4-0 in Week 1.
