The Los Angeles Rams have already said their starters won’t play in any games this preseason, which makes this game a bit one-sided. However, there can still be fun when the Raiders come into town. The Raiders and Rams have practiced against each other all week long and Saturday will essentially be the same thing. The only difference is that the lights will be on.

Hunter Renfrow has already said he’s beaten Jalen Ramsey, which Ramsey took offense to. The heat has already been turned up for the matchup and it will be interesting to see how it trickles over to the rest of the team.

The Raiders played Nathan Peterman as their quarterback against the Seahawks and he will likely see a majority of the action as should Devlin Hodges. With both teams coming off of wins, the backups will be in charge of keeping a perfect record.

Here are the odds for their matchup via WynnBET.

Raiders vs. Rams Prediction and Pick

I never thought I would say this, but I’m rolling with Nathan Peterman. He looked like a decent quarterback against the Seahawks and he’s going to continue that against the Rams. Los Angeles isn’t playing its starters and that will be evident. The Rams struggled moving the ball with their second-string unit. With the Raiders defense looking like it improved, I’m taking the Raiders.

Along with the Raiders, I’m taking the under. Preseason games are notorious for hitting the under and I’m staying with the trend.
