LIV Golf Bedminster Odds, Picks and Betting Preview
The controversial LIV Golf Invitational will host its third event this week when it heads to Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.
If you don't already know the ins and outs of LIV Golf, it's a professional golf tour that is funded by Saudi Arabia. It has convinced many former members of the PGA Tour, including Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka to come over to play in the Tour.
Its main difference, is that the tournaments are 54-holes, instead of the standard 72-hole events, and it has a team aspect to it.
Love it or hate it, you can bet on it.

Picks to Win LIV Golf Bedminster
Bryson DeChambeau +1200
A huge downside of betting on LIV Golf is that we don't have the stats or the course history to base any of our handicapping on, like we do when wagering on the PGA Tour. So, that leaves us with nothing but the yardage to base ours bets on.
Both courses at Trump National are par 72s that measure over 7,500 yards in length, so we know distance off the tee is going to be more important than it was at the Portland event.
Since that is all we really have to go off of, why not take the longest driver in professional golf?
DeChambeau struggled on the PGA Tour this season, but he had a fairly decent showing in his first LIV event in Portland, finishing in 10th place. We'll see if he can become the first American to get an individual win on this new Tour.
Matthew Wolff +3500
If we're talking long drivers, why not Matthew Wolff?
He ranked fourth on the PGA Tour in driving distance before making the controversial switch to LIV, and he had a decent showing in Portland, finishing in 8th place.
He's had a roller coaster 2022, but when he's on, he's on.
Let's hope his distance off the tee will give him an advantage over the majority of the field this week.
