The 20-56 Orlando Magic bring a three-game losing streak into Washington tonight as they take on the 32-42 Wizards at 7:00 PM EST.

Washington has won two of three behind strong play from Kristaps Porzingis and has three wins over the Magic already this year.

Can Orlando avoid a season sweep behind an improved defense or will Washington get it done at home?

Let's check out the odds from WynnBET to find some value in this Magic vs Wizards matchup:

Magic vs Wizards Prediction and Pick

This is going to sound insane, but I promise it's true: the Magic have the NBA's second-best defense over the last 15 games. No, really, I'm serious.

That stout defense hasn't led to many wins as their offense ranks dead last in that same time frame, but for such a young roster mired in mediocrity this is cause for celebration!

Orlando will get to use these newfound chops to slow down a Wizards' team that has had their number this season. Washington isn't any good, but they've seen encouraging play of late from Porzingis, Rui Hachimura and Corey Kispert that could make them an attractive team for Bradley Beal to return to next season.

But the Wizards have been dreadful as a favorite, going 2-9-2 against the spread (ATS) in their last 13. They're coming off an impressive 13-point win over the Bulls, and I think this is a good time to fade them off the big win. Orlando has covered the spread in seven of their last eight as an underdog and that should continue.

Thanks to a suddenly-good defense and dreadful offense, the under has been a great bet in Orlando's games as well. It's 7-2 in their last nine as an underdog and has hit in four of the last five for Washington. Coming off no rest, their jump shooters should have some tired legs and that'll help keep this contest low-scoring.

Pick: Magic +3 (-110) and Under 218.5 (-110)
