There hasn’t been a team better than the Las Vegas Aces in the WNBA in the 2023 season, especially at home where they are a perfect 10-0.

Las Vegas has dominated all season long, and it comes into Tuesday’s game against the Phoenix Mercury as a massive favorite.

The Mercury have the worst record in the WNBA (tied with the Seattle Storm), but they did win their last game with Diana Taurasi returning to the lineup.

Phoenix won’t have Skylar Diggins-Smith (maternity leave) in this matchup, but it doesn’t have to keep this game close to cover the massive 17.5-point spread.

Here’s how to bet on this game and the latest odds:

Mercury vs. Aces prediction and pick

The Aces have a 23.8 net rating at home this season, and they rank No. 1 in both offensive and defensive rating overall this season.

The Mercury (11th in net rating) are just 2-8 in their last 10 games, and they’re going to struggle to compete with this Aces offense.

Earlier this season, A’ja Wilson, Kelsey Plum and company won against the Mercury on the road by 20 points, so asking them to cover a 17.5-point spread at home isn’t a crazy task.

In 10 home games, the Aces have five wins by 18 or more points, and eight of their 10 wins have come by double digits.

The team could have the best home start in the history of the WNBA, and I don’t think a struggling Mercury team will stop that from happening on Tuesday.

Back the Aces at home once again.
