Tennessee was knocked off the No. 1 spot from the College Football Playoff rankings last week with a loss to Georgia, but are still in shape to make the CFP as a one loss at-large bid, but they must continue to take care of business.

The Vols are back home to face Missouri as massive favorites, will there be a letdown against a lowly Tigers team, or will Josh Heupel's group take out their frustrations on a lesser foe and get back on track with a final four berth on the horizon.

Here are the odds for this SEC meeting:

Missouri vs. Tennessee Prediction and Pick

Missouri's defense continues to be one of the most underrated groups in the country, top 10 in success rate and allowing the 12th fewest yards per play.

However, this is still arguably the best offense in the country in Tennessee that plays at a frenetic tempo and can beat you through the air or on the ground with the second choice to win the Heisman Trophy in Hendon Hooker. While the team was shut down last week against Georgia, averaging less than four yards per play, this offense is still amongst the best in the country.

Missouri's offense is the biggest question mark on the field, 93rd in yards per play and outside the top 100 in points per drive. The team The team has scored more than 20 points in four of nine games this season.

I expect Missouri to struggle with the physical front of Tennessee, who is top 10 in defensive line yards and allow less than three yards per play.

Tennessee could start a bit slow due to the physicality of the Georgia game, but it should push into the mid 30's while limiting Missouri around 14-17 points, leaving this game under the total.
