It's the last regular season series for every Major League Baseball club in 2022 and we want to finish with winners.

Most playoff spots have figured themselves out, especially with the Atlanta Braves now a win or Mets loss away from winning the National League East, but we still combed through the slate to find a side for each game.

Here are the BetSided team's favorite MLB picks and leans for every game on Monday, October 3rd.

Kansas City Royals vs. Cleveland Guardians Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: UNDER 7

Even though Grienke’s numbers for the season look fairly average, he’s been solid for K.C. over the last two months. In eight starts since Aug. 1, Greinke has a 2.49 ERA, giving up just 12 earned runs across 43.1 innings pitched.

McKenzie has also been solid over that same stretch, pitching to a 2.61 ERA over his last 11 starts. He’s given up three or fewer earned runs in 10 consecutive outings.

I’m going to choose to back these pitching staffs, especially since Cleveland has a top-10 bullpen ERA this season. The Guardians will probably come away with the win, as the Royals are just 3-5 over Greinke’s last eight starts, but there isn’t as much value laying the juice on Cleveland’s moneyline. -- Peter Dewey

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Pittsburgh Pirates Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Pirates ML

ODDS TILE NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR THIS GAME.

Pirates throwing out a quality starter in Mitch Keller who's pitched much better than his 5-12 record indicates. Cardinals, meanwhile, have yet to name their starting pitcher.

Chicago Cubs vs. Cincinnati Reds Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Cubs ML (+112)

Chicago's won seven straight and Hayden Wesneski's looked excellent since joining the rotation.

Atlanta Braves vs. Miami Marlins Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Braves -1.5 (+110)

Toronto Blue Jays vs. Baltimore Orioles Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Orioles ML (+116)

Orioles can guarantee themselves an above .500 season for the first time since 2016 with a win.

New York Yankees vs. Texas Rangers Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Under 7.5

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Boston Red Sox Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Rays ML (-136)

Tyler Glasnow is ramping up post Tommy John surgery for the postseason vs. a Red Sox team in need of a serious overhaul ahead of next year.

Washington Nationals vs. New York Mets Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Under 7.5

The Mets' offense averaged less than three runs per game in their sweep by the Atlanta Braves. Meanwhile, the Nationals offense ranked third-worst in NL this season. Expect a low scoring affair in Flushing.

Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Milwaukee Brewers Prediction and Best Bet

Pick: Under 7.5

Brandon Woodruff has been nails at home: 1.98 ERA, 100 K's, 13 BBs. Brewers are also awful vs. left-handed pitching, ranking 22nd in weighted-on-base-average (wOBA).

Minnesota Twins vs. Chicago White Sox Prediction and Best Bet

Pick: Twins ML (+108)

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Houston Astros Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Astros -135

Detroit Tigers vs. Seattle Mariners Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Under 7

Los Angeles Angels vs. Oakland Athletics Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Athletics ML (+152)

Angels appear to have the major pitching advantage with Patrick Sandoval opposing Adrian Martinez, but the line keeps moving towards Oakland at home. What do the books know?

San Francisco Giants vs. San Diego Padres Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Padres -1.5 (-115)

Colorado Rockies vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Prediction and Best Bet

  • Pick: Under 7.5

I have no interesting betting against the Dodgers when Tony Gonsolin gets the start, no matter how meaningless the game is. He has a stunning 16-1 record this season, and one of those wins came against the very Rockies team earlier this season.

The Rockies will look to Jose Ureña in this game, who has had better numbers on the road this season compared to at home, which is common amongst Rockies pitchers. His 4.40 ERA on the road this season still isn't great, but it's good enough to make me lean towards the UNDER in this NL West showdown.

Hopefully he and the Rockies bullpen can keep it together, and then leave the Los Angeles pitchers to do what they do and keep this a low-scoring affair. -- Iain MacMllian
