MLB Best Bets Today (Take Chances On These Longshot MLB Props for Wednesday)
Major League Baseball has every team in action today, and I feel like being aggressive with several of the props offered.
Each one of these has longer odds than the last and all but one are available at plus-money.

Sandy Alcantara OVER 5 Strikeouts (-115)
Alcantara is consistently around this number. He hasn’t been more than a strikeout away from this prop all season long.
He faces off against the Diamondbacks tonight, who strike out at the fourth-highest rate in the Majors.
Alcantara is on a pattern of clearing this line, and then missing it the next. He’s bounced back several times this season to clear this line and I’m backing him tonight with great value.
Jose Ramirez OVER 0.5 RBI (+155)
Ramirez leads MLB in RBI with 30. He’s cooled off since earlier in the season when he was putting up multiple RBI games. However, at plus money and a matchup against the struggling White Sox.
Ramirez is hitting close to .300 and can almost always put the ball in play. He’ll just need his teammates to do their job and get on base.
Jared Walsh, Los Angeles Angels (+480)
Walsh has been on a tear in the last week; hitting four homers in his last seven games. Even with his hot steak, his odds are still close to 5/1. Although five of his homers have come against righties – and Shane McClanahan is a lefty – Walsh has great value.
McClanahan isn’t going deep into his starts, so there will be time for Walsh to face someone else and get his dinger off.
