I went all in on a big parlay yesterday, but couldn’t pull it out. There were only four games on the schedule, so I had to throw all four in there. Tonight we are going to be a little more reasonable because I see a ton of value on totals in the AL East tonight.

Best MLB Parlay Bets Today

Yankees vs. Blue Jays Over 7.5 (-120)

The New York Yankees had been rolling prior to last night when they failed to win their eighth in a row with a 3-2 loss in Toronto. However, that came after a rainout kept them at Yankee Stadium till after 11 p.m. the night before and they had to travel up to Canada. I’m willing to write that off and still trust their offense to score a lot. Especially when they get to see Jose Berrios.

Berrios has a 5.27 ERA and got crushed by Tampa Bay last time out. Everytime it seems like he is turning a corner, he gets shelled and struggles for a few starts. Let’s catch him in the middle of a struggle and take the over. I feel like the total in this one should be around 8.5, so there’s a lot of value here.

Orioles vs. Red Sox Under 9 (-115)

The same way that the total in Yankees vs. Blue Jays is about a run and a half too low, this one is a run and a half too high. Michael Wacha has been the bright spot of the Red Sox rotation with a 2.70 ERA. He has been reliable all year and goes at least six innings just about every start. I trust that the Orioles offense will be held in check.

The reason that the total is so high is because Kyle Bradish, the Baltimore rookie has a 4.65 ERA, but that is such a misleading number. He has been so much better than that since returning to the majors at the end of July. He has a 2.67 ERA from that point on and his last start he went 8.2 scoreless innings.

MLB Parlay for September 27, 2022

The “AL East Totals” Parlay (+242)

  • Yankees vs. Blue Jays Over 7.5 (-120)
  • Orioles vs. Red Sox Under 9 (-115)

We are going to be a little more reasonable with the parlay today. Sure, it’s not super long odds, but I’d rather get a win on the board than swing for the fences again after yesterday.
