We're nearing the All-Star break in Major League Baseball, and there are two teams with 50 wins on the season, the New York Yankees and the Houston Astros.

With the holiday season upon us for the Fourth, let's take a look at who is moving up and down in our latest Power Rankings.

Every week at BetSided, yours truly shares the latest Power Rankings for MLB in relation to the odds to win the World Series at WynnBET Sportsbook. Here's how everyone stacks up on July 4:

1. New York Yankees (+450) Last Week: No. 1

The Yankees have cooled off a bit for their standards this year, winning just six of their last 10, but they have a 13.5-game lead in the AL East.

2. Houston Astros (+550) LW: No. 4

The Astros have moved to +550 to win the World Series, and their strong play against the Yankees may have them as a a value pick out of the AL.

3. Los Angeles Dodgers (+425) LW: No. 3

Despite several injuries, the Dodgers are still 20 games over .500 and lead the NL West by 3.5 games. You can't count out a team with this much talent.

4. New York Mets (+750) LW: No. 2

The Mets have dropped six of their last 10, but Jacob deGrom is so close to returning after starting his rehab assignment.

5. San Diego Padres (+1500) LW: No. 5

Manny Machado is back, but the Padres offense (19th in OPS) is the team's biggest question mark. However, they are fifth in baseball in team ERA.

6. Atlanta Braves (+1200) LW: No. 6

The Braves are putting the pressure on the Mets, as they've cut their division lead to just 3.5 games with a crazy month (21-6 in June).

7. Boston Red Sox (+2500) LW: No. 7

Boston was arguably the best team in baseball in June, and it now has a chance to separate itself from the Rays and Jays in the division for the No. 2 spot.

8. Milwaukee Brewers (+1600) LW: No. 8

The Brewers have to be happy with how Brandon Woodruff has returned from the injured list, as he's tossed back-to-back gems to help Milwaukee get back into first in the NL Central.

9. St. Louis Cardinals (+2000) LW: No. 9

The Cardinals haven't been great lately, but their bats (specifically Nolan Arenado) have willed them to some wins. This is a team I expect to make a move for a starter at the deadline.

10. Minnesota Twins (+3000) LW: No. 10

The Twins are seventh in ERA and OPS, and they could be a team that makes a run at some point in the second half in a weak division.

11. Philadelphia Phillies (+3000) LW: No. 15

The Phillies are going to get some respect this week, as they've weathered the storm so far through Bryce Harper's injury.

12. Tampa Bay Rays (+2000) LW: No. 11

The Rays need their bats to get going, but they are trending up after winning three straight over the Blue Jays this weekend.

13. Toronto Blue Jays (+900) LW: No. 12

The Jays have half a game on the Rays, but I really don't know how I feel about this team this season. Toronto leads MLB in OPS, but it ranks 21st in ERA, which has been the Achilles heel for this roster for several seasons.

14. Cleveland Guardians (+8000) LW: No. 14

The Guardians are going to hang around in the playoff picture, but the AL East has been so good that they'd currently be on the outside looking in.

15. San Francisco Giants (+3000) LW: No. 13

The Giants have lost eight of 10 and four straight. They were due for regression from last season, but now I'm wondering if this team even makes the playoffs in the NL.

16. Chicago White Sox (+2000) LW: No. 16

The White Sox have won three in a row to get to a game within .500. There's a ton of talent on this roster, but injuries have held them back to this point.

17. Seattle Mariners (+9000) LW: No. 21

Here come the Mariners! Julio Rodriguez has been red hot, and the team is now second in the AL West after going 7-3 over its last 10.

18. Miami Marlins (+15000) LW: No. 20

The Marlins keep bouncing from the late teens to the early 20s in our rankings, but four straight wins has put them back in the wild card convo in the NL.

19. Texas Rangers (+25000) LW: No. 18

The Rangers have been leapfrogged in the AL West, and their run differential suggests they are about at .500 team this season.

20. Baltimore Orioles (+100000) LW: No. 17

The O's may have peaked at No. 17 last week, but they are showing that the rebuild is yielding some positive results with a 36-44 record.

21. Los Angeles Angels (+4000) LW: No. 19

The Angels are now seven games under. 500 and have lost three straight. This really is malpractice with all the talent on their roster.

22. Colorado Rockies (+100000) LW: No. 22

The Rockies may not be in the No. 4 spot in the NL West for long, as they have a series with the Los Angeles Dodgers in L.A. to start this week.

23. Arizona Diamondbacks (+75000) LW: No. 22

The Diamondbacks have dropped seven of 10 to fall into last place in the NL West after climbing as high as the late teens in our Power Rankings.

24. Chicago Cubs (+100000) LW: No. 26

The Cubs have jumped two spots with a 6-4 performance over their last 10. Chicago's statistics tell you that they aren't worse than the Pirates, and they've pulled into a tie with them in the NL Central.

25. Pittsburgh Pirates (+100000) LW: No. 24

The Pirates have lost seven of 10 and are finally falling back to the mean with their run differential sitting at negative-116.

26. Detroit Tigers (+50000) LW: No. 25

The Tigers' bats just haven't gotten going, but rookie Riley Greene did hit his first career homer in a walk off this past week.

27. Kansas City Royals (+200000) LW: No. 28

I find it interesting that the Royals have the longest odds to win the World Series, but they rank in the bottom 10 in baseball most key categories.

28. Washington Nationals (+150000) LW: No. 27

The Nationals have lost four straight and now have the worst run differential in all of baseball.

29. Cincinnati Reds (+100000) LW: No. 29

The Res have no pitching (5.50 team ERA), and if it could get worse if the trade Luis Castillo at the deadline.

30. Oakland Athletics (+150000) LW: No. 30

The A's have a minus-116 run differential and the worst record in baseball. There isn't much to like.
