MLB Probable Pitchers for Thursday, August 11 (Who's Starting for Every MLB Team Today?)

There's only eight games featured on the Major League slate today, with all but two of them taking place in the afternoon to make way for the second annual "Field of Dreams" game.

After last year's classic between the New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox, this year's matchup may have less of a big time feel as two of the National League's worst teams face off in the Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds. Two left-handers match up from the corn fields of Iowa as Drew Smyly goes up against Nick Lodolo.

Meanwhile in Kansas City, Chicago White Sox starter Dylan Cease makes his 23rd start of the season vs. the Royals. He's only one of nine pitchers in American League history to have 160+ punchouts with an ERA below 2 after 22 starts, and could solidify his AL Cy Young case with another dominant performance this afternoon.
