It's a jam-packed afternoon of baseball this Thursday, with seven games taking place throughout the day followed by three new series kicking off later tonight.

The Colorado Rockies and Miami Marlins begin the day's slate at 12:10 p.m. ET as a pair of lefties face off in Kyle Freeland and Braxton Garrett. 10 minutes later, a terrific pitching matchup between Alex Wood of the San Francisco Giants and Kyle Wright of the Atlanta Braves follows it up.

The game of the night takes place in The Bronx as the Houston Astros and Framber Valdez take on Jameson Taillon and the AL-leading New York Yankees.
