The Wild Card round is over, and we're now onto the Divisional Series. We saw three upsets in the last round, with the Phillies, Mariners and the Padres all advancing. The top seeds waited and watched and are ready to get their chase for the World Series trophy underway.

There's four games on today, so let's look at who's on the mound in each game.

Here’s every pitching matchup with game odds for all four games today.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Atlanta Braves Probable Pitchers

  • Phillies: Ranger Suarez
  • Braves: Max Fried

In the five games against Atlanta this season, Suarez went against the Braves this season, he finished with a 1-2 record. However, his ERA dropped from its normal 3.65 to 3.21. It’s not a giant difference, but it is important to see his improvement.

On the other side, Fried had some trouble against the Phillies. His ERA jumped from 2.48 to 3.13. His opponent's batting average also jumped from .225 to .258. While they were in the division, making this a regular matchup, it might be concerning for Braves fans coming into this series.

Seattle Mariners vs. Houston Astros Probable Pitchers

  • Mariners: Logan Gilbert
  • Astros: Justin Verlander

Justin Verlander earned his AL Cy Young hype all year long, but especially at home. He was 10-1, with a 1.64 ERA in Minute Maid Park this season. He's back to his dominant ways, and that makes the Astros rightful substantial favorites in Game 1.

Cleveland Guardians vs. New York Yankees Probable Pitchers

  • Guardians: Cal Quantrill
  • Yankees: Gerritt Cole

The last time Cole was on the mound in the playoffs, he got rocked. He gave up four hits, three runs and two homers in two innings against the Red Sox. This will be his time for redemption. He’s been up and down all season, but the Guardians have been a good matchup for him. His opponent batting average drops to .163 against the Guardians. If he can continue to be on his Ps and Qs, New York can get a much-needed boost.

Quantrill will have to step up his game, as he’s been suspect on the road this season. With a 6-5 record and a 3.53 ERA, the Yankees are in a good position to take Game 1.

San Diego Padres vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Probable Pitchers

  • Padres: Mike Clevinger
  • Dodgers: Julio Urias

If this game goes anything like the regular season for Mike Clevinger, back the Dodgers with no hesitation. Clevinger, in 13.0 IP, had a 9.69 ERA, allowed 15 runs and gave up 5 home runs. It wasn't pretty, and the Padres might have to be concerned about his potential performance.
