It's the final day of May, and we've got a loaded slate of Major League Baseball action to dive into. With summer on the horizon and temperatures starting to warm up, weather could play a major factor in games going forward.

Weather conditions at every MLB stadium may impact the matchup, as well as the projected total runs on the odds board. Cold weather games with less humidity can lead to lower totals and less runs scored. More hot and humid weather often help the baseball travel further; leading to higher scoring games.

Wind plays a key factor as well. For example, with the wind blowing out at Wrigley Field in Chicago, it becomes the most hitter-friendly ballpark in baseball. If blowing in, a traditional home run could easily get blown back into play; turning the Friendly Confines into a pitcher's paradise.
