The way that the Indianapolis Colts have been playing lately there could be a lot of touchdowns to go around in their Monday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The 4-9-1 Colts have lost 54-19 and 39-36 in back-to-back weeks. L.A. and Justin Herbert can clinch a playoff spot with a win tonight, so they won’t be letting their foot off the gas against this defense, and maybe, just maybe Nick Foles has a little bit of magic left in his wand.

Here are my three favorite anytime touchdowns scorer bets for tonight.

Anytime Touchdown Scorer Picks for Chargers vs. Colts

  • Zack Moss +135
  • Keenan Allen +155
  • Deon Jackson +270

Zack Moss +135

When Jonathan Taylor went out early with an injury against Minnesota last week, Moss took over as the No. 1 back. He had 21 carries for 81 yards, but didn’t find the end zone. If you get 20-plus carries against L.A., you’re bound to reach paydirt. The Chargers allow 5.4 yards per carry, the worst mark in the NFL, and Brandon Staley has never shown an ability to adjust, or willingness to sell out and stop the run.

Keenan Allen +155

In the past two weeks, the Colts defense has gotten shredded by slot receivers. Last week, KJ Osborn went for 157 yards and a touchdown on 10 catches and the week before that, CeeDee Lamb had five for 71 and a touchdown primarily out of the slot.

Allen will run most of his routes from the slot and is Justin Herbert’s favorite target when he’s healthy.

Deon Jackson +270

Like I said, the Chargers cannot stop the run. I actually like Jackson the best as an anytime TD scorer, even though Moss will likely be the goalline back. Jackson had 55 rushing yards on 13 carries last week, and I think this is great value on the third-down back for the Colts.

Nick Foles operates best out of the shotgun and for the Colts to maximize what is left of his abilities, they can’t put him under center as much. I expect Jackson to be on the field more for that reason, he’s the better pass-catcher of the two running backs and has shown burst when he’s gotten chances in the past.
