Monday Night Football Week 3 Best Bets for Cowboys vs. Giants (Can Giants Improve to 3-0?)
The Week 3 edition of Monday Night Football will feature an NFC East rivalry between the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants, set to take place at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
The Cowboys are without their star quarterback, Dak Prescott, but Cooper Rush did enough to lead them to a victory last week against the Cincinnati Bengals. Meanwhile, the Giants are off to a surprising 2-0 starting, knocking off the Tennessee Titans and Carolina Panthers.
After opening as 3-point favorites, the line has dropped two points and now the Giants are sitting as just 1-point favorites ahead of the game.
Let's take a look at the latest odds.

Monday Night Football Best Bets for Cowboys vs. Giants
Cowboys +1 (-110)
So far in his career, Cooper Rush has completed 60.6% of his passes, averaging 7.7 yards per pass attempt. He's also thrown four touchdowns and only one interception. He has started two games, and the Cowboys are 2-0 in those starts. Those numbers aren't that bad at all.
So, I'm going to have faith in him on Monday night.
Especially considering the Cowboys defense is good enough to carry them against a team as bad as the Giants. They've allowed just 4.7 yards per play through the first two weeks, which is the sixth best mark in the NFL.
Also, let's not give the Giants too much credit for being 2-0. Those wins came by the skin of their teeth, and they weren't against what I'd consider strong competition in the Tennessee Titans and Carolina Panthers.
Cowboys cover this game, and I wouldn't be shocked if they win outright.
Tony Pollard OVER 18.5 Receiving Yards (-108)
People still don't respect Tony Pollard for how potent of a weapon he is, especially in the passing game. Last season, he averaged 22.5 receiving yards per game. Through the first two weeks this season, he's averaging 34.5 receiving yards per game. How is his total only at 18.5 on Monday night?
I'm not sure, but I won't question it. Give me the OVER.
Daniel Jones Anytime TD +260
Daniel Jones may not be the fastest QB in the NFL, but he doesn't mind taking off. He already has 16 rushes on the season, and has had five rushing touchdowns throughout his career.
With Brian Daboll as their new head coach, there could even be some designed runs, like Daboll had called with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills over the past handful of seasons.
