So, the Boston Celtics are for real, for real.

Boston is dominating the NBA right now, off to a 17-4 start and ranking first in the league in effective field goal percentage and offensive rating.

There's no doubt that the C's are in the top spot in our Power Rankings, but a lot has happened over the last week, leading to some major drops for teams that were previously in the top-10.

The Atlanta Hawks and Utah Jazz have dropped down into the teens, with Utah losing five straight games. With that movement, Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors are back in a top-10 spot, winning their last three games heading into a matchup with another struggling team, the Dallas Mavericks, on Tuesday night.

Where does your team land? Here's my latest rankings through the first month and a half of the season:

1. Boston Celtics (+400) Last Week: No. 1

The Celtics have the best offensive rating in the NBA and just keep winning games, starting a four-game streak after winning nine straight earlier this season.

2. Milwaukee Bucks (+500) LW: No. 2

Milwaukee is 14-5 without Khris Middleton, and the longer the team can keep this up, the better it will be positioned when he returns.

3. Phoenix Suns (+700) LW: No. 5

Another year with the Suns atop the West? Phoenix has won five straight to take control of the top spot in the conference.

4. Denver Nuggets (+1900) LW: No. 4

The Nuggets sit in the No. 2 spot in the West, a great place to be considering the team dealt with a bunch of players in health and safety protocols lately.

5. Los Angeles Clippers (+850) LW: No. 4

Paul George and Kawhi Leonard can't stay on the floor, but the Clippers are still in the playoff picture. Long term, their injuries are still concerning.

6. Cleveland Cavaliers (+2000) LW: No. 6

It's been a season of runs for the Cavs, but they are dominant at home this season, going 8-1.

7. New Orleans Pelicans (+3600) LW: No. 9

The Pelicans grabbed a huge win without Brandon Ingram and C.J. McCollum on Monday night, and they've pulled into third in the West...

8. Memphis Grizzlies (+2000) LW: No. 10

No Desmond Bane has hurt the Grizzlies, but the team is still in the No. 4 spot in the West through 20 games.

9. Philadelphia 76ers (+1800) LW: No 12

The Sixers have won four of their last five without Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey and James Harden. That's huge for the team's long-term outlook, as the bench is looking the best it has this season.

10. Golden State Warriors (+700) LW: No. 15

Here come the Warriors! Steph Curry is playing at an MVP level, and if Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole continue to shoot well, the Warriors will be back among the elite in the West sooner rather than later.

11. Toronto Raptors (+4600) LW: No. 14

The Raptors were able to tread water without Pascal Siakam, and they could make a run with him back in the lineup.

12. Portland Trail Blazers (+8000) LW: No. 11

Damian Lillard's injury has opened the door once again for Anfernee Simons to show that he can be a star scoring the ball.

13. Sacramento Kings (+16000) LW: No. 19

The Kings have lost three straight games, but they look like a play-in caliber team for the first time in a while.

14. Atlanta Hawks (+4400) LW: No. 8

The Hawks have to be disappointed with their play this season, ranking 21st in net rating despite a winning record.

15. Utah Jazz (+21000) LW: No. 7

The Jazz have officially come back to Earth, losing five straight games, to fall outside of the top eight in the Western Conference. It was fun while it lasted.

16. Brooklyn Nets (+1700) LW: No. 17

Ben Simmons is starting to look like a valuable player again, and Kevin Durant (45 points on Monday) is still in fact dominant.

17. Indiana Pacers (+50000) LW: No. 20

I'm not ready to say that the Pacers are for real, but at 12-8 with one of the best point guards in the NBA, they're trending towards it...

18. Washington Wizards (+19000) LW: No. 18

Washington is due to regress, ranking 22nd in the NBA in net rating despite a strong start record wise.

19. Dallas Mavericks (+2100) LW: No. 13

The Mavs have lost four straight and it's obvious that they're missing Jalen Brunson to help the team in the non-Luka Doncic minutes.

20. Miami Heat (+2400) LW: No. 21

Miami is about as banged up as any team will ever be, and until Jimmy Butler is back healthy, the Heat are just an average team.

21. Minnesota Timberwolves (+3600) LW: No. 19

Karl-Anthony Towns suffered a right calf strain that could sideline him for some time. That would crush an already struggling Wolves offense.

22. New York Knicks (+13000) LW: No. 22

The Knicks hit the jackpot with Jalen Brunson, but RJ Barrett has been downright awful this season.

23. Chicago Bulls (+8000) LW: No. 23

Do the Bulls consider blowing things up if they can't turn things around?

24. Oklahoma City Thunder (+50000) LW: No. 24

The Thunder are going to compete, but they'll likely fall short of the play-in in the West.

25. Los Angeles Lakers (+13000) LW: No. 25

LeBron James is back in the lineup, and the Lakers have at least won five of their last seven games.

26. Charlotte Hornets (+27000) LW: No. 28

As long as LaMelo Ball is out, the Hornets are going to be in the bottom five in our rankings with the way they've played this season.

27. San Antonio Spurs (+50000) LW: No. 26

Eight straight losses for the Spurs. Can the tank be any more obvious?

28. Orlando Magic (+50000) LW: No. 27

Orlando has been dealing with a ton of injuries, but this is such a young team that the growing pains are expected no matter who is on the floor.

29. Houston Rockets (+50000) LW: No. 29

Another season of the Rockets posting a bottom five offensive and defensive rating. They could use another elite talent in the lottery.

30. Detroit Pistons (+50000) LW: No. 30

Dwane Casey's Pistons certainly miss Cade Cunningham, and at 5-17 they may already be out of any chance at truly contending for a play-in spot.
