The Association is constantly changing, and keeping up with who looks best can be difficult. Every week, I'll be providing my NBA Power Rankings for each team in relation to their NBA title odds

The Thunder, Rockets, Pacers, Magic and Pistons aren't listed in these rankings because WynnBET has taken down NBA title odds for them.

Here's how things stand with just over two weeks to play. All odds listed are via WynnBET.

1. Phoenix Suns (+275)

The Suns locked up the best record in the league and will likely make light work out of the No. 8 seed. At this point, it's championship or bust for them.

2. Memphis Grizzlies (+500)

It doesn't matter if Ja Morant is playing or not, the Grizzlies will be awesome.

3. Boston Celtics (+1000)

Boston's defense is incredible and last night's game against the Raptors proved they have a system in place that can carry them.

4. Milwaukee Bucks (+650)

Milwaukee, even with an up and down season, can end up with the No. 1 seed. The East should watch out if they have to go through Milwaukee to get to the Finals.

5. Golden State Warriors (+650)

The Warriors are a veteran, playoff team. Steph Curry hasn't played in nearly a week, so it's not fair to judge them right now.

6. Philadelphia 76ers (+800)

Philadelphia is also championship or bust. The Harden deal likely cost Joel Embiid his MVP trophy, which means

7. Miami Heat (+1200)

Miami is about to lose control of the No. 1 seed in the East, but the Heat are still formidable and are starting to get back together.

8. Dallas Mavericks (+2500)

Luka Doncic has hit the part of the season where he looks like the next face of the league. If he can keep this pace up, the Mavericks will get to the second round of the playoffs for the first time since 2011.

9. Utah Jazz (+2200)

Utah needs help...fast. The Jazz look primed for a first-round exit and an ensuing rebuild. With four straight losses to their name (this is written before the game with the Clippers), they don't look playoff ready.

10. Brooklyn Nets (+500)

Brooklyn has two of its three stars now, but it still can't put all the pieces together on both ends of the floor.

11. Denver Nuggets (+2500)

Nikola Jokic looks like he's going to win a second MVP award and that's more amazing than anything else in the league.

12. Minnesota Timberwolves (+6000)

Minnesota has a gauntlet of a schedule right now, but they've shown the ability to be a formidable team on both ends of the floor.

13. Chicago Bulls (+6000)

The Bulls are here because they can't beat any of the top teams in either conference. I don't trust them in the playoffs and neither should you.

14. Charlotte Hornets (+25000)

Charlotte is beginning to look like itself again. The Hornets are having fun and using their offense correctly. With the No. 9 seed, don't be surprised to see them make a run.

15. Toronto Raptors (+10000)

Toronto doesn't have a superstar, but they play good basketball and can be a threat to any of the play-in teams.

16. Cleveland Cavaliers (+10000)

Cleveland looks like a completely different team than the one we saw just a month ago. Garland is trying his best to hold them together, but they may be a victim of the play-in tournament.

17. Atlanta Hawks (+12500)

Atlanta is secure in the No. 10 spot, but they don't look like a legitimate playoff team. They will also have to deal with two ELITE offenses in the play-in game.

18. Los Angeles Clippers (+8000)

The Clippers will be getting Paul George back soon, so that may increase their standing. For now, they are just waiting until that day comes.

19. New Orleans Pelicans (+20000)

New Orleans' honeymoon phase with C.J. McCollum is now over. This is the real deal and they have to fight. The Pelicans will likely get a win in the first play-in game, but that's it.

20. San Antonio Spurs (+100000)

The Spurs are going to sneak into the No. 10 spot and get back into the playoffs. In what was supposed to be a down year, this will be the cherry on top.

21. Los Angeles Lakers (+6000)

The Lakers might really mess around and miss the playoffs. This team is a disaster and is hanging on by a thread.

22. New York Knicks (+100000)

The Knicks, to their credit, still fight hard every night. They won't be in the play-in, but they deserve a small moral victory.

23. Washington Wizards (+100000)

Washington looks like its mailing it in during these final games. It's been a rough year and the Wizards have a lot of questions to answer during the offseason.

24. Portland Trail Blazers (+100000)

Portland played in one of the most forgettable games last night. The Blazers are just trying to get to the end of the season so they can focus on the draft.

25. Sacramento Kings (+500000)

The Kings are basically out of it. Their odds are five times as long as the next team. It's time to think about next season.
