The Association is constantly changing, and keeping up with who looks best can be difficult. Every week, I'll be providing my NBA Power Rankings for each team in relation to their NBA title odds

Here's how things stand with under 20 games left. All odds listed are via WynnBET.

1. Phoenix Suns (+425)

Cameron Payne has had several double doubles in the past few games, which just another sign that the Suns have their act together.

2. Memphis Grizzlies (+2500)

Now that the Grizzlies are ahead of the Warriors in the standings, the hard work starts. They have to hold them off in order to get the current winner of the Timberwolves-Clippers play-in game.

3. Miami Heat (+1000)

Miami's net rating over the last 10 games is great. The Heat are fifth in the league in that span and are beginning to create true separation at the top of the Eastern Conference.

4. Philadelphia 76ers (+650)

Philadelphia might not be able to catch the Heat for the No. 1 seed, but they can out-pace the Bucks for the No. 2 seed. As long as Harden, Embiid and Maxey continue to click, anything is possible.

5. Milwaukee Bucks (+700)

Milwaukee has played fantastic offense for the last five games. They've won five in a row and are beginning to show signs of the team that won it all last season.

6. Golden State Warriors (+425)

The Warriors are showing serious flaws right now without Draymond Green.

7. Boston Celtics (+2000)

Boston's defense is going to carry them to at least one playoff series win. Tatum is also becoming a true star in front of our eyes.

8. Utah Jazz (+1600)

Utah has been in some fights this week, but the Jazz have continued to stay well above water.

9. Cleveland Cavaliers (+5000)

Darius Garland will be a household name at the end of this season. His play will carry the Cavaliers to wins, despite Jarrett Allen being out.

10. Dallas Mavericks (+2500)

Luka Doncic is entering the MVP conversation and that only means good things for the Mavericks.

11. Chicago Bulls (+2500)

Chicago has lost five in a row. While I don't want to give them a pass, they are still not healthy so I can't fully judge them until that happens.

12. Denver Nuggets (+3000)

The Nuggets still have a chance for home court advantge in the first round. That's just a testament to Nikola Jokic and the MVP season he's having.

13. Brooklyn Nets (+500)

Brooklyn is starting to get healthy, which means the wins should come a little more often.

14. Toronto Raptors (+9000)

Toronto needs either Fred VanVleet or OG Anunoby to come back because right now they are in a funk.

15. Minnesota Timberwolves (+12000)

The Timberwolves seem locked into the No. 7 seed, which at least gives them home court advantage in the first play-in game.

16. Los Angeles Clippers (+8000)

The Clippers might get Kawhi Leonard and/or Paul George back this season. They would instantly shoot up this list if even one of them comes back.

17. Atlanta Hawks (+8000)

If the Hawks can finish the season strong, then they can keep the Wizards out the playoffs and maybe even make another deep run.

18. Charlotte Hornets (+20000)

Charlotte still can't put the pieces together to act right. Gordon Hayward needs to come back immediately.

19. New Orleans Pelicans (+15000)

New Orleans is going to surprise somebody and get into the playoffs. The Pelicans' offense is rolling right now, and the play-in tournament better watch out.

20. Los Angeles Lakers (+4000)

The Lakers are still in the playoff picture, but they are not a good basketball team. As long as they're in the play-in, this is the lowest I'll drop them.

21. Washington Wizards (+50000)

Washington has a few games to make up, but without Bradley Beal, I think they get stuck in the 11th seed.

22. New York Knicks (+50000)

The Knicks have won a few games with R.J. Barrett and Julius Randle having a few good performances. Peter Dewey thinks they can still make the play-in, but I'm going to have to say no.

23. Indiana Pacers (+100000)

Tyrese Haliburton has been good. Other than that, the Pacers don't have much to offer.

24. San Antonio Spurs (+100000)

San Antonio is now two games back of the play-in game and it looks like its chance is going to slip away.

25. Detroit Pistons (+500000)

Detroit has won six of its last 10, making this one of the more successful runs of the season for the Pistons.

26. Sacramento Kings (+100000)

I once again have to state how bad the Kings blew it. They went all in to make the play-in and aren't even going to be the 11th seed.

27. Oklahoma City Thunder (+100000)

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander needs to recruit stars to OKC. If not, he's going to be putting up empty stats until he retires.

28. Houston Rockets (+100000)

Houston lost a lot of games this week, but they played hard. I don't give these out often, but they have a moral victory.

29. Portland Trail Blazers (+100000)

Portland has been another level of bad this week. Multiple 20-point losses have them at the bottom of the list. The only reason the Blazers aren't at the bottom is because they are still in play-in contention.

30. Orlando Magic (+500000)

The Magic still don't have much to show for their season except for a Cole Anthony dunk contest.
