NFL Weather Report for Week 13 (What's the Forecast for Every NFL Team and Matchup Today?)

As we hit the month of December, the forecasts around every city hosting NFL games today looks relatively smooth!
Only a few stadiums are dealing with any potential rain or wind conditions, but neither are expected to play any sort of prominent role in the matchups, or factor into any movement in the odds, spreads or totals.
In Chicago, the "Windy City" is living up to the nickname, with gusts approaching 20-25 mph at times at Solider Field for the Bears game against the Green Bay Packers. However, winds are expected to remain just over 10+ mph throughout the game.
In the late slate, San Francisco is expected to potentially see some rain in the 49ers' game against the Miami Dolphins, but precipiatation levels are only in the 30% range. Wind conditions aren't expected to be a factor, with speeds not expected to exceed 8 mph in Santa Clara.
