By Ben Heisler
Throughout the week, the BetSided team of writers and editors have put together all sorts of betting predictions, previews and analysis for Week 10 in the NFL, collecting noteworthy betting trends to use as an additional guide to seeing each game from a different perspective.
You can find all these breakdowns on our NFL Expert Picks and Predictions page HERE.
Here are the ones we found to be noteworthy for every game on the slate.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10 - THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Atlanta Falcons vs. Carolina Panthers Betting Trends and Odds
Falcons:
- After starting off a historic 6-0 against the spread (ATS) to begin the year, the Falcons have lost their last three games ATS, including in their 37-34 overtime win in Week 8 vs. their Week 10 opponent in the Carolina Panthers.
Panthers:
- If Carolina can find any solace in a lost season, it's that they've been decent at home covering the number. The Panthers are 2-3 ATS this season at home, with both wins by a combined margin of victory of 41 points vs. New Orleans and Tampa Bay.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13 - MUNICH GAME
Seattle Seahawks vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Betting Trends and Odds
Seahawks:
- Seattle has gone 5-2 ATS as an underdog this year with a +6.2 ATS +/-. Only three other teams have a better ATS +/- as a dog: Jacksonville, the New York Jets, and Cleveland.
Buccaneers:
- The Bucs needed a vintage Tom Brady fourth quarter drive to push at home against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 9. After going 2-0 ATS to start the season, they have failed to record a win ATS since September 18.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13 - EARLY AFTERNOON SLATE
Minnesota Vikings vs. Buffalo Bills Betting Trends and Odds
Vikings:
- Despite his attire and dad-like dance moves on airplanes, Kirk Cousins is simply not the same quarterback away from home. This year on the road, the Vikings QB is completing just 61% of his passes on the road and has thrown 6 TDs to 5 INTs for a rating of 77.7. At home, and indoors, Cousins is completing 68.6% of his throws with 7 TDs and 1 INT with a rating of 101.7.
Bills:
- It's been since 2018 since the Bills started a quarterback not named Josh Allen. Via Evan Abrams, over the last 10 years, Buffalo is 4-11 SU and 5-10 ATS when a backup gets the start.
Detroit Lions vs. Chicago Bears Betting Trends and Odds
Lions:
- The Lions are 1-2 ATS away from the Motor City, but they've been beat up badly in their two losses. In those three games, Detroit has a margin of victory of -17 points and an ATS +/- of -11.5; worst in the NFL.
Bears:
- After an anemic start to the season on offense, Chicago owns the best offensive success rate in the NFL the last three weeks of the season, leading to a 3-0 record in both game overs and team totals during that stretch.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Kansas City Chiefs Betting Trends and Odds
Jaguars:
- With Jacksonville hovering around a 9.5-10 point underdog on the road, this may be an ideal time to take them. Jacksonville has not lost a single game this season by more than one score.
Chiefs:
- Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid and the 6-2 Kansas City Chiefs are an astounding 0-4 ATS at home at Arrowhead Stadium so far in 2022.
Cleveland Browns vs. Miami Dolphins Betting Trends and Odds
Browns:
- Kevin Stefanski wins games off of bye weeks, but doesn't cover, going 0-2 ATS and 2-0 SU. If he were to upset Miami, it would make him 3-0 SU off the bye, and 1-2 ATS.
Dolphins:
- Miami's rush defense is a problem after allowing the NFL all-time rushing record by a quarterback to Justin Fields the week before with 178 yards on the ground. However, Tua Tagovailoa has been a beast covering at home, going 10-4 ATS in his career.
Houston Texans vs. New York Giants Betting Trends and Odds
Texans:
- The Texans are falling into a similar pattern as last year's Detroit Lions. Despite just 1 win on the season, the Texans are 4-3-1 ATS this year, including a +0.6 ATS +/- number.
Giants:
- Via our guy Joe Summers, the UNDER has gone 14-1-1 in the Giants' last 16 matchups at MetLife Stadium.
New Orleans Saints vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Betting Trends and Odds
Saints:
- New Orleans has yet to cover the spread away from the Superdome this season, going 0-3-0 ATS through the first half of the year.
Steelers:
- The Steelers are once again home dogs under Mike Tomlin, so you know we have to bust out those numbers. In his career, Tomlin is 16-3-3 ATS as a home dog, and 14-8 straight up in those games.
Denver Broncos vs. Tennessee Titans Betting Trends and Odds
Broncos:
- Russell Wilson hasn't inspired much of anything for the Broncos on offense, so it might be good news for Denver to be listed as a dog this week. Despite going 0-3-0 ATS as a favorite, the Broncos are 3-2-0 ATS as an underdog in 2022.
Titans:
- Tennessee, following their impressive cover on the road vs. the Chiefs in Week 9 are tied with the Cowboys and Giants for the best ATS record in the NFL at 6-2-0.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13 - LATE AFTERNOON SLATE
Indianapolis Colts vs. Las Vegas Raiders Betting Trends and Odds
Colts:
- The Colts are either the worst OVER team in the league, or the best UNDER team in the NFL, depending on whether you're a glass half-full or half-empty type of person. Either way, the UNDER has hit 8-1 in the Colts nine games, and has gone 5-0 on the road and 0-4 as an underdog.
Raiders:
- When the Raiders are favorites at home, they're 2-1-0 ATS. When they're a favorite on the road, they're 2-4-0 ATS. Hello, Vegas!
Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers Betting Trends and Odds
Cowboys:
- Dallas continues to come through for the public bettors taking them as a favorite, going 3-0-0 ATS.
Packers:
- Green Bay was one of the most automatic bets a season ago at home to cover, but the Packers are just 1-2-0 as a home favorite, 1-2-0 at home in general, and 1-5-0 as a favorite in 2022.
Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams Betting Trends and Odds
Cardinals:
- Kliff Kingsbury is back on the road as an underdog, which tends to be a good thing. Via Evan Abrams, Kliff is 21-11-2 ATS as an underdog in Arizona, and 15-5-2 ATS on the road.
Rams:
- Sean McVay has destroyed the Cardinals over his career, going 10-1-1 ATS and 11-1 SU in 12 games.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13 - SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Los Angeles Chargers vs. San Francisco 49ers Betting Trends and Odds
Chargers:
- L.A. seems to be a darling to cover whenever they're away from home, which makes sense since no fans show up at their home stadium in L.A. The Chargers are 4-0-0 ATS this year on the road, including 1-0 ATS as a road dog.
49ers:
- Bettors have not fared well backing Kyle Shanahan as a favorite, going just 19-27-1 ATS in his career.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14 - MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Washington Commanders vs. Philadelphia Eagles Betting Trends and Odds
Commanders:
- Washington has covered the spread in three straight games, all by less than five points. This comes off the heels of a four games losing streak ATS to go to 4-4-0 ATS for the season.
Eagles:
- The Week 9 Thursday Night Football matchup on the road vs. the Houston Texans was the first time all season that Philadelphia did not cover in the first half, now 7-1-0 ATS in the first 30 minutes.
