After NFL underdogs got off to a 2-0 start on the moneyline in standalone games this week, the favorites eventually caught up to the party.

But dogs and the unders continue to be the story through the first five weeks of the season.

As the NFL schedule turns over to Week 6, two matchups in particular line up as by far and away the most compelling on the slate.

In the late afternoon window next Sunday, Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills travel back to Kansas City to face the Chiefs on CBS. The last time these two teams met was the AFC Divisional round of the postseason, where a combined 24 points was scored in the final two minutes to force overtime at Arrowhead Stadium.

Once it began, Allen, despite throwing for two touchdowns, including the go-ahead score with just 13 seconds left never got to touch the ball in overtime, as Travis Kelce caught the game-winning touchdown for Kansas City.

Buffalo opened as a 1.5-point favorite on the road. If that number closes with the Bills on top, it will be the first time in Patrick Mahomes' history that he is an underdog at home.

Later on in the Sunday Night Football matchup on NBC, the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles host their division rival Dallas Cowboys at Lincoln Financial Field. Jalen Hurts and company escaped with a 20-17 victory on the road at Arizona, while the Cowboys roughed up the L.A. Rams 22-10 in Los Angeles; giving Dallas backup quarterback Cooper Rush his fourth straight win this season and a perfect 5-0 record in his career.

With so much enticing action on the board, here are the opening lines for each NFL game on the Week 6 schedule, along with the most up-to-date spreads, moneyline odds, and totals for every team.
