No. 20 Kansas State vs. Iowa State Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for College Football Week 6
By Josh Yourish
The state of Kansas can play some football. Iowa State just lost to No. 19 Kansas and now have to face the Adrian Martinez and Deuce Vaughn show that Kansas State is bringing to town.
After a special teams disaster, can the Cyclones turn it around and salvage a 0-2 start in the Big 12?

Kansas State vs. Iowa State Prediction and Pick
Iowa State ran 78 plays a week ago and only managed 11 points against Kansas. The Cyclones missed three field goals and had two turnovers against Kansas in a game they never should have lost. They outgained Kansas by 100 yards exactly and had 10 more first downs than the Jayhawks. That just simply should not happen and there is almost no reason that they should have lost that game and scored so few points.
It is a factor if you can’t trust your kicker, but he will not go 1-4 on field goals again this season. The offense was able to move the ball and I think they will be able to do the same against Kansas State which is the 68th ranked team in total defense.
Iowa State is ninth in total defense and will do a much better job against Adrian Martinez than Texas Tech did a week ago. Deuce Vaughn and Martinez make up one of the most dynamic backfields in all of college football, but this could be the week their bubble burst after a 4-1 start.
Plus Iowa State should be able to score against a Kansas State defense that was on the field for 82 plays last week against Texas Tech. I am in on a lot of underdogs this week and add Iowa State to the list.
Pick: Iowa State ML
