The Brooklyn Nets are currently +600 to win the NBA title at WynnBET right now. If you have any faith they can pull it off, this is the time to hammer that line before the odds get much shorter.
The Nets are currently the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference, but will get Kevin Durant and Ben Simmons in the second half of the season. The biggest variable for Brooklyn all year long has been Kyrie Irving’s availability. That might not be an issue moving forward.
If Mayor Adams lifts the vaccine mandate, Irving will be eligible to play home games and will be a full-time player again. The Nets would then have a trio of Durant, Simmons and Irving to take on the rest of the Eastern Conference.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver went on ESPN last week and expressed his discontent with the vaccine mandate – specifically as it applies to unvaccinated players from different teams.
If Silver’s words are truly what is moving the needle, then the Nets should thank him as well as they know how.
Brooklyn has been through a lot in the recent weeks. However, if getting an all-time great point guard back is on the table, everything could change in an instant.
