Ohio State vs Michigan Prediction, Odds, Against Spread and Over/Under for College Football Week 13
By Matt De Saro
Could this finally be the year that the Michigan Wolverines beat Ohio State?
The legendary rivalry was red-hot back in the ’90s and early 2000s when “The Game” usually determined the winner of the Big Ten. However, over the last decade, Michigan has been on a slide and hasn’t beaten Ohio State in their last eight games.
UM vs OSU feels bigger than it has in years past. With a win, Michigan has a chance to get back into the Big Ten Championship mix and possibly the College Football Playoff.
Ohio State took down former No. 7 Michigan State last week in a dominant performance that ended 56-7. It showed that despite a mid-season loss, Ohio State is still the team to beat in the Big Ten. Freshman QB C.J. Stroud went 32-for-35 with 432 yards and six touchdowns in the blowout win.
The Wolverines, meanwhile, steamrolled Maryland 59-18 on the back of RB Donovan Edwards. Despite running just three times for eight yards, Edwards caught 10 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown.
So, can the Wolverines finally get a win over the Buckeyes or will Ohio State roll to another Big Ten Championship game?

Ohio State vs Michigan Prediction and Pick
The oddsmakers have set the Wolverines as 7.5 point underdogs and may actually have some faith in Michigan this season. Ohio State hasn’t only won eight games in a row against Michigan but many have been blowout victories. So, at least we may have a competitive game to look forward to.
Michigan hasn’t covered against Ohio State since 2017 when they were a 12-point underdog. They barely covered that game to be fair with a final score of 31-20.
Ohio State has won eight in a row but Michigan has won just once against Ohio State since 2003. Harbaugh, naturally, has never won against the Buckeyes since joining his alma mater in five tries. The average margin for loss is 19 points in those games.
But, this season has been different. Michigan is tied for the best ATS record in College Football with Oklahoma State at 9-2 and is on a three-game ATS win streak.
I think that as much of a great story as it would be, the Wolverines fall yet again to their eternal rivals. However, unlike in many years past, I think they hang close and manage to cover.
Pick: Michigan Wolverines +7.5 (-110)
