Ohio vs. Miami (OH) Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for College Football Week 11
By Reed Wallach
Ohio has thrust to the top of the MAC East standings with a win over Buffalo last week, but now hits the road to solidify itself with a matchup against Miami (Ohio).
The RedHawks lost star quarterback Brett Gabbert for six games this season and the team has been middling all year, 4-5 on the season. Gabbert returned for the team's last game ahead of their bye week in a 27-9 win over Akron. Can the team get back on track and make a late push for a MAC East title?
Let's check out the odds and find the best bet:

Ohio vs. Miami (Ohio) Prediction and Pick
I do believe that the RedHawks can be a play on team now that Gabbert is back, leader of a top 25 passing offense last season, but I'm not sure if they can outlast Kurtis Rourke and this Bobcats unit.
Rourke has come into his own under center for Ohio, he is the leader of a passing game that is 10th in success rate and 25th in EPA/Pass. While Miami has a decent secondary, 13th in passing down success rate, I'm not stepping front of this Ohio defense that tuned up Buffalo for 45 points last week.
Ohio's defense has been the Achilles heel for the club all season, outside the top 100 in success rate and allowing over eight yards per pass attempt, bottom 15 in the country. With the revitalized Miami (Ohio) passing game, I think we can see both teams push into the high 20's.
Over is my favorite look in this game.
