Oilers vs. Flames Prediction and Odds (Edmonton has Dominated Battle of Alberta)
No team has been hotter the past few months than the Calgary Flames. They're 8-1-1 in their last 109 games, hold the top spot in the Pacific Division, and are coming off a big win over the team with the best record in the NHL, the Avalanche.
Tonight, they'll take on the Edmonton Oilers in the Battle of Alberta. The Oilers are 2-0 against the Flames this season, beating them 5-2 in October and 5-3 in January. Calgary will host the Oilers for the first time this season on Monday night.

Oilers vs. Flames Prediction and Pick
As much as I've been a supporter of the Flames in recent weeks, I think the odds are mis-priced in the game. They're closer to the Flames in several statistics. Calgary is third in CORSI% over its last 25 games, but Edmonton is right behind them, ranking fifth. They're also fifth and 10th in high danger scoring chances, and fourth and 12th in high danger scoring chances against.
Calgary is rightfully the favorite, but -200 (bet $200 to profit $100) is too steep of a price for me to gamble on.
