College baseball will soon crown a champion as Game 1 of the College Baseball World Series final round between Ole Miss and Oklahoma gets underway at 7:20 PM EST tonight.

Ole Miss has lost just once in the tournament as their pitching staff has dominated, hurling shutouts in three of their last six games. They outlasted Arkansas to make the championship for the first time in school history.

Oklahoma utilized a different approach to reach their first College World Series final since 1994, relying on an incredible lineup to badger opponents into oblivion. They've won four in a row behind on the backs of stars Peyton Graham and Tanner Tredaway, setting up a fantastic strength vs strength matchup this weekend.

Who has the edge in Game 1? Will the Rebels' pitchers keep the Sooners' bats at bay or will Graham, Tredaway, & company put Oklahoma at the doorstep of a national title?

To answer those questions, let's first check out the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook for this Ole Miss vs Oklahoma College World Series championship round:

Ole Miss vs. Oklahoma Prediction and Pick

Ole Miss was the final team to make the College World Series field and whew, have they ever taken advantage. Their incredible pitching staff has allowed an average of 2.22 runs per game over their last nine games, and they'll need to maintain that level of play to slow down this Sooners lineup.

Oklahoma feels like a team of destiny themselves, as they hope to follow in the footsteps of their National Championship-winning softball team. The Sooners certainly have the more capable lineup and haven't played since Wednesday, so they'll have a rest advantage.

The Rebels have survived tougher competition, and it's hard to shake the momentum they have as a group. After being the No. 1 ranked team in the country near the beginning of the year, Ole Miss survived a rough stretch and are gelling at the perfect time.

I'm inclined to trust the better pitching staff and think the Rebels put the pressure on Oklahoma early. Give me Ole Miss to move to one win away from hoisting their first national championship in school history.

Pick: Ole Miss ML (-118)
