Ole Miss vs. Oklahoma College Baseball World Series Prediction and Pick for Game 2 (Rebels Get it Done on Sunday)
By Joe Summers
The Ole Miss Rebels are one win away from their first College World Series championship in school history; pulling away from Oklahoma late to win Game 1 yesterday, 10-3.
Oklahoma must now pull off back-to-back wins to hoist the trophy for the first time since 1994, and they'll get an opportunity to extend their season this afternoon at 3:00 PM EST.
Cade Horton starts for the Sooners, having allowed only seven runs in his last 23.2 innings since the Big 12 Tournament started. Ole Miss counters with Hunter Elliot, who has won five consecutive starts, though struggles with command at times.
After being the final team to make the College World Series, can the Rebels pull off the improbable championship today or will Oklahoma live to fight one more day?

Ole Miss vs Oklahoma Prediction and Pick
The Rebels utilized a series of key two-out hits to pull away from the Sooners in Game 1, and it furthered the narrative that this Ole Miss squad is one of destiny. They just keep finding ways to win, and they've now outscored their opponents this postseason 78-23.
True freshman Hunter Elliot has been incredible for the Rebels and I expect his strong play to continue this afternoon. He's allowed one earned run or fewer in five of his last six starts while routinely pitching into the seventh inning and displaying tremendous strikeout ability.
Oklahoma didn't have a baserunner until the sixth inning, and I think the Rebels shut the Sooner lineup down once again.
Cade Horton has been excellent on the mound himself of late after changing the delivery of his slider. I think we're in for a low-scoring game, so I love the under 11.5. But I also can't ignore Ole Miss' performance of late.
They're one win away from glory, and I think this team of destiny finds a way to reach the promised land.
Pick: Ole Miss (-130) and Under 11.5 (-140)
